Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Certain items (e.g., intimate wear or used cleaning products) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Return

• Contact our support team at support@Modishic.com with your order number and reason.
• We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
